Women's Self-Defence Seminar

What a fun afternoon at the Women's Self Defence event at Revolution Martial Arts in Downtown Mission. Women learned about nutrition with The Wellness Babe Coach; practiced self defence techniques with Revolution Martial Arts & Fitness Mission ; and ended with relaxing yoga instructor Melissa Credle. Thank you for this fundraising event - not only for empowering women but for raising funds and awareness SARA For Women .
