Tanesha Bridal moved to Mission at a young age and graduated from Heritage Park Secondary, when it was a high school.  She has always had a love for and interest in the beauty industry.  She decided to pursue a career from this passion and worked to complete her Cosmetology certificate in 2014. After graduation, she opened her salon out of her home and started to build up her clientele and reputation.  In her heart, it was always her dream to have a store front salon.  This past February, her dream became a reality and she opened up her salon, Mirror Envy, at The Junction Shopping Centre.
 
From the very beginning, she had always had the vision of helping people feel comfortable in their own skin. She believes each person is amazing in their own way, but with social pressures and influences, it feels like no one wants to be ‘themselves’ anymore.  There is a desire to be someone else or there is a belief that someone else’s life is always better.
 
She also wanted her new salon to be a safe space where everyone felt welcome and nobody felt judged for their appearance. She believes that a good pamper day can change your whole mindset and give you that boost in confidence to take on the world.  And at 25 years of age, this young lady is a testament to her beliefs.  She is beautiful on the inside as well as outside.  She radiates kindness and she has built her team at Mirror Envy with like-minded women.  You will be greeted with a smile and leave with confidence to face to your day.
