This way, you can gradually transform the house into your dream home while staying within your financial means. When I bought my first house, It was in rough shape being 
rented by 6 guys but our Realtor opened our eyes to the potential, We were able to do a mortgage with improvements and made it our own. Talk to your lender about  the mortgage with improvements option.

Feeling
