The Fraser Valley Humane Society is delighted to announce their Grand Re-Opening at their new location, unit #24 at 32929 Mission Way. The community is invited to join them for an unforgettable celebration on July 6th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm with a ribbon cutting ceremony through the support of the Mission Regional Chamber of Commerce at 12:30 pm.
The Fraser Valley Humane Society is dedicated to the welfare of animals in our community. Their mission is to provide shelter, care, and love to felines in need. Earlier this year, they found themselves in need of a new home. Thankfully, a local supporter reached out to Society Administrator, Victoria Scharley, with help. Now the Society is enjoying settling into their new home and looking forward to welcoming the community to the space as well. In addition to light snacks and refreshments, attendees can look forward to participating in a 50/50 raffle for a chance to win! Half of the proceeds will support FVHS’ mission to care for felines in the City of Mission. Throughout the event, winners will be announced for various prizes and don’t forget to visit the Bouquet Bar, kindly donated by Magnolias on Main. Guests are invited to create your own floral masterpiece with fresh and colorful florals! Come and explore the new office space and cat areas, meet the team of dedicated volunteers and board members, and learn more about the care and services the Fraser Valley Humane Society provides. Mark your calendars for July 6th and join in for a day of celebration, community spirit, and feline advocacy at the Grand Re-Opening of the Fraser Valley Humane Society.
