In honour of Family Literacy Day, Mission Literacy in Motion will be celebrating All Things Reading with the 18th Annual Riot of Reading Solutions, Mission’s Free Family Literacy Fair on Saturday, February 8th from 11 - 3 at Ecole Mission Central, 7266 Welton St.

This is a chance to come and meet the people who support families in Mission.  Because literacy is more

than reading and writing.  It is also talking, and playing, and singing.  It is learning along with your child.  It is, in fact, how families get things done.

There will be all day entertainment.  Come and experience the  joy of the Mayday Club Youth Choir for Neurodiversity.  And The Great Gordini will perform a Magic Show at 1 pm.  There will be other entertainment throughout the day:  storytelling, music, and dance.  There will be face painting and balloon animals.   There will be pizza for lunch and cake in the afternoon.  It’s Free!  And it’s fun!  In fact, it’s a Riot!
