St. Andrew's United Church presents All is Calm

On Wednesday, November 27th, beginning at noon, Dan Huget launches the 2nd annual All is Calm concert series at St. Andrew's United Church.

With an electic violin that looks straight out of Star Trek and a loop pedal, Huget creates layered performances ranging from a 2 part Celtic jig to full on power rock, to richly harmonic 6 part classical compositions. Creative and innovative he has no competition in his genre. We are delighted he is performing for us.

I love the general idea of this event. I mean, we all have anger management issues with our life, and it is insane that we need to talk about this. I mean, sure, people are happy with what they are doing right now, but one small bump can take it all away. I hope that this event can make people become a little bit calmer. Calmness is the best thing that you can do, it is the best way to think.
